Join a dynamic commercial leadership team driving excellence, innovation, and growth across some of Ireland’s most iconic Beauty, Personal Care, and Healthcare brands. As a senior leader, you’ll partner with the Commercial Director to shape strategic direction, lead high-impact client relationships, and inspire a team of brand managers to deliver exceptional results.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Vision: Own full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of top-tier clients, guiding brand, category, and shopper strategies to exceed growth targets.
  • Inspire & Develop Talent: Coach and empower a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
  • Drive Strategic Partnerships: Act as the senior client lead, cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships with leading brands.
  • Deliver Excellence: Oversee go-to-market planning, brand activations, and execution across consumer, shopper, and commercial channels.
  • Champion Innovation: Identify market trends, unlock new growth opportunities, and influence NPD and marketing strategies.
  • Shape the Future: Support business development, contribute to new client acquisition, and ensure our brands are everywhere our shoppers are.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven leadership in brand and client management with strong commercial acumen.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex brand portfolios.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, forward-thinking approach.

 

What we are looking for :

  • 5+ years in senior marketing roles within fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success with top beauty or healthcare brands in Irish retail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
  • Financial acumen: ROI, promotions, sales forecasting.
  • Consumer, category, and shopper insight application.
  • Data analysis and forecasting (Excel – intermediate).
  • Presentation development (PowerPoint – intermediate).
  • Awareness of external market influences and trends.
