What You’ll Do:

• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales value, volume, distribution, and product visibility targets.
• Maximize Promotions: Influence purchasing decisions through strategic promotional activities.
• Stock Management: Ensure pharmacies are well-stocked to maintain product availability.
• Category Solutions: Implement optimal product display solutions.
• Educate Staff: Train pharmacy staff on product features and benefits to boost recommendations.
• Efficient Planning: Develop and follow an efficient journey plan to meet KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Pharmacy Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling Beauty and Over the Counter medicinal products to Pharmacy accounts
• CRM Proficiency: Previous experience using a CRM system in daily work.
• Confident Communication: Ability to communicate product features and benefits at all levels.
• Target Analysis: Skill in reviewing and analysing targets to achieve KPIs.
