Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone to support our customer, client, and field sales operations.

What You’ll Do:
Customer & Client Support
- Manage new product listings and promotional proposals
- Maintain promotional calendars and trackers for key brands
- Liaise with buyers and account managers to follow up on submissions
- Ensure accurate pricing and data across customer portals
- Handle promotional claims, recharges, and accruals
Field Sales Operations
- Support field sales teams with performance reporting and monthly briefings
- Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
General Business Support
- Generate analytics reports
- Assist with trade shows, events, and team logistics
- Coordinate office tasks like courier samples, IT setups, and fleet management

- Advanced Excel Skills – Confident in analysing sales data and creating insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable navigating Office 365, SAP, and other business systems.
- Numerically Strong – High level of numeracy and attention to detail.
- Problem Solver – Able to anticipate issues, investigate thoroughly, and resolve them efficiently.
- Self-Manager – Skilled at prioritising tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong Communicator – Able to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients, customers, and suppliers.
Experience & Background:
- Proven experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within a similar commercial or sales support environment.
- Demonstrated success in a client- or customer-facing position, with a professional and approachable manner.
